I Just watch this movie. You should take a second look at the end of the movie. There are little bits of flashing light in the final scene.
I think she died, he is clearly dead before the final scene. I think those little flashy bits of light are to show us that she is dead/dying and it is a hallucination or the after life. Another pointer is that she drinks beer for most of the movie and she is drinking some kind of soft drink from a bottle at the end. Then the line you have all the time in the world.
